Firmdale Hotels, the brand behind Soho’s gorgeous Ham Yard Hotel (with the amazing digital trippy clock wall) has just launched One Denman Place – 24 serviced apartments for those lucky enough to be able to afford living in the heart of London’s west end for at least three months. To say I’m jealous of their future patrons is a huge understatement.
Each room has been designed by Kit Kemp, who together with her husband Tim, founded the boutique brand of hotels in the 90s. They now have eight hotels between them, including celeb favourite Soho Hotel and an offering across the pond in New York too.
The apartments at One Denman Place range from studio flats to duplex penthouses and no two rooms are the same. Think fabric-covered walls, bright and airy balconies, full length windows, luscious linen, marble bathrooms, a state of the art AV system, and 24 hour concierge. Everything someone staying in Soho would expect.
Residents have full access to Ham Yard Village’s facilities, such as the tree-filled city garden, bars, restaurants, the spa, gym, theatre, and rooftop garden as well as the bowling alley.
I ache with envy just looking at the photos. For more info, and for a bit of design lust, head to the apartments’ website.
